Abstract:In the development stage of the gas field in eastern Sichuan,the purification equipment has been under low-load for a long period of time.The operation parameters deviate from the design values,resulting in poor purification performance and increasing unit operating costs. The ProMax process simulation software is used to simulate the desulfurization process of the purification plant.Single factor and multi-factor sensitivity analysis are conducted for the amine liquid circulation volume,absorption tray number,absorption tower pressure,and lean liquid inlet temperature.Orthogonal experimental method is used to design the experiment,and the effects of purification and energy consumption are analyzed.SPSS is used to analyze the range and variance of the experimental data to find out the significance of each factor on the experimental results,and the optimization of the purification device is proposed.
