Abstract:In order to reduce natural gas transportation process for the pipeline hazard, we must undertake the necessary dehydration processing. Most of the current gas fields are mostly used TEG dehydration, but three glycol regeneration process needs to consume a large amount of heat energy. The dewatering device of high-pressure adsorption section of absorption tower and low regeneration system of reboiler structure analysis, to meet the technical requirements of the premise, has carried on the optimization, improved, and in the process increases the heat exchanger, so that the whole system can reduce the energy consumption, saves energy, reduces the operation device cost, improves the device market competitiveness.
