Abstract:Abstract: With the progress of the horizontal wells reservoir reconstruction process, the advantage of horizontal wells is increasingly prominent in the development of low-permeability tight gas reservoirs. Horizontal wells has become an important means of low-permeability tight gas reservoir development. However, due to the impact of the trajectory and complex mobility patterns of horizontal wells, the conventional prediction model does not apply to horizontal wells in the critical carrying liquid flow projections. Critical carrying liquid flow projections has become the key problem of the horizontal wells drainage. In this paper, we use visualization gas-liquid two-phase pipe flow simulator of horizontal well and segmented simulation method. On the basis of a large number of simulated flow experiments, we have amended the critical liquid carrying flow rate prediction model of inclined section and horizontal section and established critical liquid carrying flow rate correction model for horizontal wells. And the application of correction model in the field has achieved good results.
